Assist in various accounting functions such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
Handle petty cash transactions and documentation
Admin:
Compile and update environmental and operational data
Input and maintain project schedules and resource allocations
Support data entry and record keeping for projects and related documents
Other Duties:
Perform any other ad-hoc administrative or accounting duties as assigned
Requirements:
Nitec/Higher Nitec in Business, Accounting or related field
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
No experience required - training will be provided
Experience in AutoCount accounting software is an advantage

* 6 day work week, Monday to Friday, (8.00am - 5.00pm)
