5 Day Work Week
Salary commensurate with work experience.
Job Responsibilities
Handles partial accounts (A/R, A/P, invoicing)
Maintains & updating of accounting records
Submit monthly project progress claims to main contractor.
Evaluation and checking of main contractor's payment certificate against project claim.
Finalization of final accounts with main contractor
Follow up with clients on outstanding payments
General Administrative duties.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least "O" / "N" Level or equivalent, Professional Certificate, Diploma
Minimum 1 year accounting experience preferred
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
Able to work independently and well organized.
* Able to start work on short notice.
