Accounts Assistant
to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day accounting operations
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Support month-end closing and audits
Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding billing issues
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates may also be considered)
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in a marine or logistics-related industry is an advantage
