Accounts Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to handle daily accounting tasks, invoicing, and admin support. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software preferred.





Key Responsibilities:



Process and verify all supplier and vendor invoices. Prepare and issue daily invoices to customers accurately and on time. Issuing of Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Job Orders. Assist in Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable. Assist in Sales Quotation. Filing of documents. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Ad hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements



Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounts and administrative functions are preferred. Experience in construction industry is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office and accounting software. Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive work attitude. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
