Job Description

Responsibilities



Perform daily bank reconciliation for entities within group Process bank deposits and payments via online banking platform Reconcile monthly GTO for various mall outlets and financial statements Assist to liaise with external auditor for yearly audit and to provide all required schedules/reports for audit and tax purpose Prepare, send and process invoices Identify and address discrepancies in financial numbers Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets Contact clients, suppliers, contractors and send reminders to ensure timely payments

Requirements



Knowledge in Xero is a must Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role in Singapore Meticulous and independent to perform task without much supervision Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations Hands-on experience with accounting software Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors Good organisational and time-management abilities Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or qualifications in similar fields Min 1 year of working experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word * Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
