Accounts Receivable & Payable. Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct. Invoicing keep track. Handling petty cash claims. Data entries and recording financial transactions. Assist inventory in/out records with third-party warehouse. Liaising with vendors, suppliers and customers. Updating and maintaining procedural documentation. Any other ad-hoc accounting duties as and when assigned by the management.

Requirements:



Minimum a GCE 'N' or GCE 'O' Level, LCCI book-keeping Conversant with Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. * Good communication and teamwork skills.
