Duties and Responsibilities will vary according to the Accounting Functions assigned and any other duties as assigned.
  • Process payments - issuance of cheques
  • Process claims and reimbursements
  • Matching of documents with authorisation and supporting documents
  • Coding of invoices and data entry into the systems
  • Ensure invoices are verified and duly approved before payment
  • Check on bank debit postings, and ensure bank expenses are promptly authorised and recorded
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing
  • Computer literate and proficient in accounting software

Requirements:
  • Min. NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Accounting / Finance or other professional certificate
  • Min. 0-1 year of relevant working experience in accounting

Other Information:
  • 5 Working Days (Mon to Fri), 8.00am to 5.30pm
  • Two way company transport provided at Pioneer & Boon Lay MRT station
  • 3 months contract
