Job Description
Description
- Post accounts payables invoices and employees claims into the SAP system in a timely and accurate manner;
- Process payments of accounts payables invoices and employee claims via the banking system accurately and timely;
- Be responsible for accrual of expenses incurred by the Company where invoices have not been received;
- Participate in the month-end / year-end closing process and ensure timely completion of the closing process, while adhering to applicable legislative requirement and accounting standards;
- Manage Company\'s fixed assets (e.g. posting of invoices, depreciation run, disposal etc.) and ensure that they are accounted for accurately and timely
- At least Diploma in Accountancy;
- At least 2 years experience required
- Knowledge in SAP and JSOX compliance;
