Job Description


  • Top Metal Furniture Manufacturer in Hotel, Office, Laboratory, and Health Care Industries
  • Office Location will be in East (Nearest MRT: Bedok or Kembangan)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the preparation of Accounts Receivable & Payable on a timely basis
  • Arrange for banking of customer\'s cheques
  • Responsible to reconcile the Accounts Receivable
  • Processing payments ie. Cash and Cheques to creditors after verifying validity claims or invoices
  • Preparing the Accounts Payable list and liaising with creditors on payments and to resolve any abnormalities in invoices
  • Responsible for Inventory Control Entries
  • Responsible for Standard Local Purchases (P/Os)
  • Compute overseas landed costing (imports)
  • Compute jobs costing
  • Participate in yearly stock - take
  • Other duties that may be assigned
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting functions
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Immediate starter is preferred
