Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for AR & AP functions
- Processing of employee expense claims and vendor invoices
- Preparing payments via internet banking
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting data and transactions in SAP
- Prepare monthly accounts reconciliation
- Other general accounting functions and ad-hoc projects as assigned by Superior from time to time
- Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI or equivalent
- Min 2 years working experience, particularly in AR and AP functions
- Incumbent with shipping related experiences is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to use SAP is highly advantageous
- Meticulous, independent and hardworking
- Team-oriented player and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
