KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department
  • Preparation and handling of accounts payable, including payroll of contractors
  • Preparation and handling of accounts receivable
  • Preparation of financial and management reports
  • Upkeeping of accounting books and documentation
  • Track and monitor the payment due dates
  • Assist with working capital management
  • Opportunity to manage a full overseas entity
  • Assist in administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as and when assigned
Requirements
  • Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
  • Driven, able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Diploma in Accountancy / Finance / Business Administration
  • Prior experience in finance/ accounting is advantageous
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
