Overview



We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the running of day to day function in our accounts department.

You will support the Assistant Manager and the Accounts Manager in maintaining the accounting records of the businesses and in the preparation of the related management reports.



How you'll make an impact

Generate invoices and post transactions to the general ledger. Manage day-to-day activities relating to Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable. Prepare bank reconciliations for all company accounts. Support the Manager with monthly and annual financial closings and reporting. Prepare journals, schedules, and reconciliations for funds and travel floats. Assist in the preparation and coordination of the annual audit. Perform any additional duties required to ensure the effective operation of the role




About you



Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Proficient in accounting software and computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, Word). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. High integrity when handling confidential financial information. * Must have valid authorisation to work in Singapore.
