  • Working Location: Toa Payoh
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, Sat: 8.30 am - 12.30 pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to $2500 + AWS
  • Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payable, including depositing checks and preparing invoices.
  • Manage company budgets and maintain a systematic filing system.
  • Prepare documents for accountants or auditors and compile data for income tax returns.
  • Reconcile bank transactions, complete deposits, and issue checks.
  • Provide administrative and some accounting support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Assist the team with organizational tasks and general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
  • Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
