Job Description

• Salary: $2500 - $3000
• 5 Days Work: Mon - Fri
• Office hour: 8.30am-5.30pm
• Location: Changi (Transport reimbursement daily)
• AWS + VB + Japanese MNC Engineering Company

:

• Processing invoices
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Handling of accounts payable and accounts receivables
• Timely and accurately matching of Accounts Receivables payments and updating of customer accounts.
• Involves close monitoring payment receipts, investigating any discrepancies and communicating with customer or our sales staff to resolve issues promptly.
• Reconcile invoices and Accounts Payable payments
• Preparation of daily reports and generating of sales invoices.
• Prepare outward remittances
• Monitoring expenses and incoming funds from banks
• Classification of expense accounts and prepare all voucher and journal entries.
• Handling general ledger entries
• Possess skills and proficiency in accounting software
• Assisting and preparing year end audit schedule
