Job Description

Job Summary:

• $2,500 - $3,500
• Mon - Fri; 8:30am -6pm
• Location: West (Pandan Loop)
• AWS + PB + Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle AP and AR
• Prepare and ensure timely, accurate monthly and yearly report/schedules for management, auditor, and tax agent.
• Compliance with company policy and all statutory filing/standard e.g. IRAS/ACRA/MAS
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities.
• Prepare cash flow forecast budget, and related information for management.
• Preparation of GST quarterly submission
• Other general ad-hoc tasks required.

Additional Information:

• Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in AP and AR
• Experience with MYOB/ NETVISION will be advantageous but not necessary.
