Position: Accounts Assistant/Executive
Working Days: 5 days, sat is required for urgent matter
Working Timing: 9am-6pm
Working Location: Clarke quay central
Starting Salary: 3,000 -3,500 (dep on the experience)
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma, Degree any field
- Experience in full set account
- Manage full set of accounting (AP/ AR/ GL/ Bank reconciliation/ GST / Financial report P & L, Balance sheet)
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
- AR payment knockoff, email statements of accounts to customers weekly. Call for payment.
- month-end closing & bank reconciliation.
- Audit and tax queries
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
- Perform reconciliation of suppliers\' statements and ensure all disputes are resolved.
- Assist in payment/collection and petty cash reimbursement.
- Prepare and submission of quarterly GST returns.
- Manage timely closing process and reconciliations including for intercompany transactions.
- Monthly payroll processing including staff attendance, commission, etc
- Maintain proper documentation and filing.
