Job Description



Generate daily and month-end sale invoice to customers Update daily receipt from customers and follow up with customers Prepare payment vouchers. Matching of Purchase Invoice against Delivery Order and Purchase Order, ensuring all Trade invoices are recorded accurately. Perform Inter Company Trade billing Assist month end closing of Account Receivables and necessary documents filling after closing

Education



Minimum 'O' level or equivalent of education

At least 1 year of working experience in related field
Meticulous, with an eye for details Able to perform tasks independently, and function cohesively with a team

Thrive well in a fast-paced environment


Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be an added advantage
