Manage company purchasing card (P-card) administrative process, attend to calls and queries
Manage claims portal (Visa Intellilink) including password reset for users, access issues, etc
Balance Sheet reconciliation and schedules
Bank Clearing
Support the Financial Accounting and Control team in handling day-to-day financial matters
Handle other ad-hoc duties and reports when required
Support Assistant Manager, Financial Accounting and Control in month end close activities such as
Preparation and checking of journal entries
Qualifications:
Dploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification
At least 1 year of relevant experience in maintaining partial/full sets of accounts
Prior experience with grant administration will be an advantage
Proficient with SAP, Google Suite and MS Office applications
Possess a can-do attitude, meticulous with an eye for details, good interpersonal skills, independent and committed team player
