Oversee AP, Financial reporting, and Compliance duties. About Our Client
The client is an Australian MNC in the pharmaceutical industry with a global presence in over 20 countries. The client distributes and owns well-known leading brands of healthcare products.

Accounts Payables

Posting of invoices in SAP. Full comprehension of an end-to-end workflow is thus required.

Prepare weekly payment run and ad-hoc urgent payment run within SAP and upload to banking platform.

Handle external and internal queries from vendors around Asia and the international environment.

Assist with the weekly Cash Flow Forecasts and ensure low variance between the forecast and actual cash flow.

Support in month end closing activities.

Reconciliation and Reporting

Perform monthly vendor reconciliation for all vendors and follow up on invoices from unreconciled items.

Prepare GR/IR reconciliation including follow up with vendors for invoices and update the GR/IR GL accounts.

Follow up on = invoices from open PO report and update them regularly.

Quality Control and Compliance

Ensure submitted expense claims are legitimate business spend with correct coding before posting into SAP.

Ensure Delegated Authority Limits are applied on all transactions.
The Successful Applicant
Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.

At least 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. Prior experience in a fast-paced MNC environment is a plus.

Excellent communication skills required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.

Excellent Excel skills - Vlookup and Pivot Tables required as Excel will be used on a daily basis.

Experience in SAP is required as Invoice posting and processing will be done in SAP daily.

Prior experience with banking systems (eg: HSBC, POSB) will be a plus.
