Job Description

As an Accounts Associate at our accounting firm, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' financial needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, processing payroll, and reconciling accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and provide them with accurate and timely financial information. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various accounting functions while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Job Scope

Data entries of accounting transactions for clients' companies; Closing of accounts and preparation of management accounts for clients; Bank Reconciliation Compilation of required reports and schedules for audit; Computation of Goods and Services Tax (GST) for clients' companies; Perform payroll calculations and preparation of the required payroll reports and returns; Drafting of resolutions and legal documents; Other assignments and special projects.

Job Requirements

Min 1 year experience in Accounting Firm or Audit Firm Diploma or professional accounting qualifications Keen interest in professional accounting services. Proactive, with a strong sense of work commitment Ability to work independently in a team Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage timelines
