Responsibilities

  • Handling administrative tasks, such as preparing invoices, delivery orders and
other documentation.
  • Answering phone calls, arrange delivery and handle walk-in clients
  • Able to work independently
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements
  • Strong time management
  • Able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision
able to work closely with team members
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Min GCE 'N' Level

Five days per week. We are in Tuas South Ave 1. No company transport will be provided.
