As an Accounts cum Admin Assistant, you will provide support in financial and administrative tasks. Candidate must be capable in managing financial records and performing a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate our day-to-day operation.





Responsibilities:



1. Accounts Receivable - Prepare invoices, Statement of Accounts and sending payment reminders to customers


2. Accounts Payable - Verify invoices/supporting documents for processing of payments


3. Check and process staff claims


4. Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, handling phone calls


5. Assist with preparation of documents, reports, and other correspondence


6. Provide support for logistic/after-sales matters


7. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned





Job Requirement:



1. Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience


2. Able to work independently, meticulous, pro-active and a team player


3. Good learning attitude


4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
