Job Description



  • 5.5 days work week, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm
  • Location: Toa Payoh
  • Full set accounts experience is a must
  • Permanent role
Our client is a contractor who specialist in natural stone like Marble, Granite and Quartzite in SingaporeResponsibilities:
  • Perform daily accounting and finance duties, including receivables and payables processing, general ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation.
  • Responsible for month-end and year-end financial closing including accounts
  • Handle office expenses, staff claims.
  • Handling of phone calls & email queries
  • Assist on quarterly GST reporting and other statistical submissions, and support audit and tax queries.
  • Handle HR Matters including payroll processing, managing employee leaves, medical and claims maters and work pass applications..etc
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
  • Handle basic account duties
  • Perform ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
  • Diploma in accounting related
  • Strong proficiency in MS office
