1. Prepare Trade / Shipment Invoices Daily , Email to Customer for Payment Including the Overdue , Scan Invoices for Billing / and Mail the Copy to Customers by Post.
2. Update Daily Journal Entries & Postings / GST Data / Knowledge of Simple Accounting.
3. Prepare 4 Reports for Management ; Sales Closing By Country , Purchasing Report , Stock Adjustment Report , Excel Debtors Outstanding Balance Report.
4. Assist Fixed Assets Physical Check & Stock Take Activity Monthly.
5. Assist Manager on Other Partial Accounting Tasks As & When NeededOthers:Company located in the Yio Chu Kang areas.Salary is about SGD2800.00.
