Job Description

- Position Title: Accounts cum Admin Executive / Senior Accounts Executive
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM \xe2\x80\x93 6 PM, Alternate Saturday 9 AM \xe2\x80\x93 1 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,600 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Handle full set of company\xe2\x80\x99s accounts for several entities.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation for accounting reports purposes.
- Prepare periodic budget and ad-hoc management reports.
- Handle corporate taxation matters, GST and company grants.
- Improvise finance process workflow.
- Project expenses budget, cash flow monitoring, internal controls and forecast application.
- Provide financial advice to management so as to improve business operations and achieve better cost-saving.
- Assist in general office administration including HRM when assigned.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance and professional qualification in Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of Financial Accounting experience in marine industries.
- Possess strong business acumen and a flair for financial analysis and problem-solving.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
