Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Accounts cum AutoCAD Drafter

to join our team at Alfrench Facade Pte Ltd. This role combines responsibilities in

technical drafting

and

basic accounts support

, providing exposure to both the operational and financial aspects of facade construction projects.

Responsibilities

Drafting & Technical Duties:

Review project scope, drawings, and specifications.


Prepare shop drawings, BIM/Revit models, and fabrication drawings.


Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and project team for approvals.


Provide value engineering proposals and ensure compliance with regulations.


Support procurement and production with bill of materials.


Conduct site coordination, material inspection, and QA/QC checks.


Track and report work progress according to project schedule.

Accounts & Administrative Support:

Handle basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking.


Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and project costing reports.


Liaise with suppliers and vendors on billing, payments, and documentation.


Go through daily emails and follow up on any required actions.


Maintain proper filing of project and accounting records.


Provide general administrative support to the project and accounts team.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.


Proficient in

AutoCAD

; knowledge of

Revit & BIM Modelling

is an advantage.


Basic accounting knowledge or willingness to learn.


Able to read and interpret architectural & structural drawings.


Strong time management, problem-solving, and coordination skills.


Good communication and interpersonal skills.


Responsible, polite, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
