Adecco is in partnership with a technology company to hire this position to join their growing team in Singapore. The company has a HQ in Germany which is privately-owned company and has over 10,000 employees worldwide, with several business divisions.The Job:
Accounting:
Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, and GL.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and process payments and payroll.
Handle month-end and year-end closing
Preparing reports for HQ in Europe.
Human Resources:
Provide HR support and advisory, managing payroll, CPF submissions, tax assessments, and work permits.
Maintain employee records in HRMS and track employee training and development.
Assist with administrative tasks and certification coordination as needed.
The Talent:
2-3 years of experience in HR and accounting roles.
Diploma or relevant experience in accounting or related field.
Experience in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
