Job Description

Summary:

• Permanent
• Basic Salary: $2800-$3500
• MNC environment
• Training provided
• Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm
• Supervise 2-3 Junior staff
• AWS + VB
• Location: Bedok MRT

Responsibilities:

• To take full responsibilities of handling full set of Accounts
• Handle Intergroup transactions, reconciliation, and confirmation
• Maintain proper accounting records
• Prepare monthly payment schedules to vendors basing on credit terms
• Handle invoices, cheque payments and petty cash claims
• Monitor Cashflow and follow up due payment from customers
• Prepare Quarterly GST reporting
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register
• Performing Month end and Year end Closing accounts
• Preparation of bank documents (L/C; D/P, C.O. documents; banking etc.)
• To liaise with intergroup companies, banks, auditors, tax agent and company secretary
• Others - handle Admin and HR tasks
• Others duties assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• Min. 2-3 years of Accounting experience.
