Accounts Executive ($3000 $4000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly report on Account Payable, Account Receivable and Income and Expenditure, schedules and reconciliation of general ledger to support monthly ledger closing such as payroll reconciliation
- Perform daily accounting operational duty such as checking payment and receipts slip
- Prepare audit and corporate tax schedules, liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other statutory bodies/authorities on internal and external audit mattes, and all statutory and tax/GST tax requirement compliances
- Review GST entry, GST reconciliation and quarterly GST preparation to comply with the Singapore GST regulations
- Monitoring fixed asset operation & foreign remittance
- Support regional offices on accounting matters
- Prepare and support management reports
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Degree / Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Singapore income tax rules, procedures and guidelines is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
