Job Description

- Position Title: Accounts Executive
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM \xe2\x80\x93 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations: support the preparation of monthly balance sheet schedules for deposits, prepayments, accruals
- Prepare and manage financial transactions, ledgers, and intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy
- Ensure timely record of accounting transactions and management reporting and schedules
- Assist with financial, tax, and audit matters
- Prepare Quarterly GST reports
- Any other ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by management
- Minimum Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accounting accuracy
- Process a good sense of urgency and capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
