Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Wholesale & Distribution (FMCG)
- Position Title: Accounts Executive/ Finance Executive
- Working Location: Macpherson
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.45 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transportation Provided
- Duration: Permanent
- Reconcile bank ledgers for all group companies
- Prepare stock valuation reports
- Prepare vendors and debtors\xe2\x80\x99 reconciliation
- Recording bank transactions
- Generate monthly GST, VAT & MIS reports
- Assist in internal and statutory audits
- Prepare schedules for statutory audit
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit. Report any discrepancies and rectify errors
- Resolve any queries raised by the auditors
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
