Job Description
- Position : Accounts Executive (AR/AP) - Up to $3,800 - Near Bugis MRT
- Location : Near Bugis MRT
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 5.45PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days
- Duration : Perm
- Industry : Lifestyle Services Provider
- Perform accounts payable reconciliation between supplier statements, AP aging, AP accruals and open purchase orders
- Validate and process vendor invoices on a timely basis
- Prepare accounts payable entries and recurring GL entries to ensure that they are coded to the proper cost center or GL accounts
- Prepare and perform various journal entries to maintain the account books if necessary
- Assist with month end / reporting processes, such as balance sheet reconciliations
- Extract invoices from ERP
- Perform revenue reconciliation and reconciling cash receipts
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Assist in internal and external audit requests and requirements.
- Support on new processes and system implementation when required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
- Willing to do night calls with US Team when required
- No experience required, training will be provided!
