Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Executive. Training will be provided on our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly schedules.
• Creating and Posting of Sales and Purchase Invoices.
• Chasing overdue invoices.
• Perform month-end closing of accounts & processing month-end journals.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and FRS.
• Responsible for GST submissions.
• Cash flow and bank reconciliation.
• Assist in yearly audit and liaise with respective depts on audit requests.
• Coordinate in corporate Income tax matters with tax agent.
• Manage funds effectively by advising on daily/weekly payment requirements and ensuring timely supplier payments.
• Bank in cheques.
• Process employees\' travel claims and expense reimbursements.
• Participate in ad hoc accounting and finance projects, as appropriate.

Job Requirements:

• Must have good knowledge of financial management, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification under ACCA, SCAQ and ICAEW schemes.
• Minimum 5 years working experience with full sets of books.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strength in Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be remunerated accordingly.
