- Working location: Pasir Panjang
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 8am to 5pm
- Issue facilities and administrative (FA) for new budget entry
- Balance sheet and profit & loss preparation
- In-charge of accounts payable
- Monthly working sheet preparation of project status for WIP needed
- In-charge of Job Costing for all projects
- Making monthly GIRO/remittance payments to vendors
- General duties including filing, liaison with external parties and confirming accounts balances
- Other administrative work assigned
- CAT / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Min 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in balance sheet and profit & loss preparation
- Work experiences and job responsibilities
