Job Description

• Position : Accounts Executive (Bank Reconciliation/AR/AP)
• Location : Near Chinatown (Walkable from MRT - 8 minutes only) + Energetic and Vibrant Culture
• Working hours : 9.00AM to 6.00PM/ Monday to Friday
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + Variable and Performance Bonus + Health / Personal Accident / Work Injury Insurance + Annual Company Travel Trip + 14 Days Annual leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Singapore\'s top leading and longest serving General Insurance Agency

Main Responsibilities:

• Daily Bank Reconciliation
• Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Manage petty cash, billings and expenses claims
• Liaise with the Company secretary for year-end accounts reporting
• Submit childcare leave and NS pay with the government agencies
• Other administrative and/or ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and LCCI Accounting certificate
• At least 2 years of Accounts
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
