Accounts Executive (Full Set) 5 Days,8.30am - 6pm Near to Bedok MRT Budget: $3000 +- Job Scopes: 1. Responsible for the preparation of FULL SET of accounts on a timely basis. 2. To maintain and update fixed assets records of the company 3. To perform monthly bank reconciliation 4. Processing direct payments ie. cash & cheques to creditors after verifying validity claims or invoices 5. Arrange for banking of customer's cash & cheques 6. Process Quarterly GST 7. Process: Yearly IR8A / Balance Sheet Schedules 8. Filling up monthly / yearly EDB statistic forms 9. Maintaining an accurate cash book 10.
