Job Description
Our Client is a well-established bakery chain based in Singapore. The company is known for producing a wide range of high-quality breads, pastries, cakes, and sandwiches. Over the years, it has expanded with multiple outlets across Singapore and has become a popular and trusted brand among customers for its consistent quality and variety of baked goods.
Salary: Up to $3500
Working Location: Boon Lay
Workday Days: 5.25 Days
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm Sat: 8.30am-12.30pm
Key Duties:
- Handle daily wholesale orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor bank receipts and perform payment reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records in accounting systems, including tax and lease documentation.
- Prepare schedules, pivot tables, and reports for audits and management.
- Support month-end closing and ensure compliance with financial timelines.
- Min. Diploma in Accountancy or relevant certification.
- Min. 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficient in ACCPAC and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
