Job Description

We are looking for a capable and motivated Accounts Executive to support our day-to-day finance operations. In this role, you will work closely with the team to ensure smooth AP and AR processes, accurate financial records, and timely reporting.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Support AP activities including supplier invoices, staff claims and payment preparation Check accuracy and completeness of invoices, including GST treatment and proper GL coding Prepare online payments and maintain organised and accurate finance documentation Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate allocation of receipts Support AR activities including revenue reporting support and AR aging monitoring Work collaboratively with a remote finance assistant on invoice downloads and GST replacement tax invoices Assist the Senior Accountant with GST reporting and VAT filing Support month-end closing, fixed asset updates and audit documentation Suggest practical improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and accuracy

Who We're Looking For:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting with

at least 5 years of AP/AR experience

Experience in Xero or cloud-based accounting systems preferred Strong Excel skills;

GST compliance knowledge is preferred

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage your tasks with minimal supervision A team player with strong communication skills, comfortable working with internal and remote colleagues A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
