Key Responsibilities
Responsible for handling full sets of accounts
Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements
Monitor and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
Handle payroll processing, including calculating salaries, deductions, and tax payments
Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required

At least Diploma in Accounting or its related discipline
