Roles & Responsibilities:

Work together with accounts assistant and reports to Accountant

Reviews works performed by accounts assistant

Issuance of sales invoice and credit notes

Reviewing accounting data entries

Following up customer payments

Compute contractor and in-house driver payout

Perform month-end closing activities

Assist in the preparation full set of accounts with accounting schedules

To lead and be responsible for the timely submission of monthly management report

Assist in the preparation and submission of GST on quarterly basis

Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting
• With full set accounts experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Must be able to work independently and within stipulated deadlines.
• Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible, proactive and able to work as team.
• Able to start work immediately or short notice.
• Able to work on Alternate Saturdays (WFH), weekdays work in office
• Comfortable to work in West Coast/Clementi/Jurong East Area
