Cheque & petty cash management UBS Accounting Software To perform full spectrum of administrative duties To provide administration of workers movement such as resignation, transfers, claims and benefits To maintenance proper filing of contracts and its relevant documents To track and maintain project schedules and its progressive claims To co-ordination of training programs and core-trade certifications To handling of company and employee's medical insurance, workmen injury compensation, and relevant insurances - work permit/insurance management Requirement: Diploma in accountancy or equivalent Knowledge and experience in full set of accounts is advantage Preferably with 2 years working experience Able to work independently and within tight schedules Familiar with employment act Good written and interpersonal communication skills Excellent working attitude, self-initiative, and a team player Familiar with Microsoft words, excel & outlook
