What You'll Be Doing

Handle the full spectrum of accounting functions, including AR, AP, GL, and month-end closing activities. Process daily accounting transactions and data entries accurately and promptly. Prepare and submit quarterly GST reconciliations and reports. Generate monthly financial and management statements for review. Monitor cash flow and oversee accounts receivable collections. Participate in yearly stocktake exercises to ensure inventory accuracy. Contribute to finance-related projects and perform other ad-hoc assignments as needed.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or an equivalent discipline. At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience with strong knowledge of full set accounts. Proficient in accounting systems, preferably ERP software. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis. Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Positive, self-motivated team player with a proactive learning attitude.
