What You'll Be Doing
Manage the full set of accounts, covering Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and month-end closings.
Prepare cash flow forecasts to support management decisions and financial planning.
Oversee fixed asset management, including asset tracking, depreciation, and reporting.
Issue monthly invoices and handle customer billing inquiries promptly and accurately.
Maintain balance sheet schedules, including fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, and inter-company reconciliations.
Review monthly and yearly bank reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Handle quarterly GST submissions and assist with ECI and Form C e-filings.
Prepare monthly management and financial reports for review.
Support annual audit processes and ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
Contribute to streamlining accounting processes and improving system efficiency.
Undertake additional accounting tasks and administrative duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing a full set of accounts.
Familiarity with
Microsoft Business Central
and
Asana
is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and
Word
.
