Job Description

Core responsibilities:

• Assist in month-end-closing and actual reporting inclusive of reconciliations and audit schedules
• Quarterly GST reporting
• Handle staffs' expenses reimbursement/petty cash claim
• Perform sales invoicing to customers
• Monitor fund flow and follow up with customers for due payment
• Daily accounting system (AP/AR/CB/JC) data entry updates
• Support LC/TR/HP/shipment activities
• Prepare/review journal vouchers e.g. depreciation, accrued retentions etc
• Prepare/review monthly suppliers/sub-contractors/ad-hoc and telegraphic transfer payment
• Approve Tax Invoices as signatory
• Liaise and co-ordinate with QS on monthly project revenue/costing/inventory matters
• Draft Financial Statements for statutory reporting purpose
• Corporate Tax computation

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Account/ Finance/ LCCI
• At least 4 years of experience in construction industry
• Accounting software knowledge
• Full sets accounts
• Strong communication skills and able to work independently
• Meticulous and can work under pressure to meet reporting deadline, strong attention to detail
