Job Description
- Ensure GL books posted and closed on time and accurate
- Monitor daily cash flows, prepare monthly cash flows forecast
- Maintain hire purchase schedules
- Prepare monthly & yearly FS schedules
- Prepare inter-co & related party report
- Prepare weekly & monthly sales and inventory report
- Prepare monthly deferred tax and corporate tax
- Update monthly exchange rate
- Ensure GST is correctly accounted in each reporting period and submit on time
- Costing Analyse
- Update purchase cost
- Roll up manufactured part, compare selling price and cost
- Review AR Invoices, make sure in correct tax type
- Review vendor invoices, make sure a proper documents and correct GL account.
- Scan and upload documents into document management system (FMS)
- Verification and check the proper documents for expenses claim
- Reconcile the petty cash balance (bank vs system) on monthly basis
- Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting or ACCA – CAT preferred
- Minimum 2 years in accounting and has relevant working experience in manufacturing industry
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong team player and able to work independently
