• Accounts Executive (GL Reporting)
• Basic Salary: $2,000 - $3,400
• Working Days: Mon - Friday 8.15am - 5.30pm
• Address: Jurong East

PURPOSEThe staff will be part of the GL & Reporting Section in Finance reporting to the Assistant Manager, Finance & will be responsible for the GL & Reporting transaction for all divisions (Centralized function).ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare daily oversea & local remittance.

• Issue, cancel & renew Condo deposit cheque.
• Inter-company issuance of invoice.
• Petty Cash and e-claims custodian.
• Posting of CA related to HR, monthly prepayment and agent comm reversal.
• Prepare balance sheet and audit schedules.
• Update daily bank balances and prepare bank reconciliation.
• Ad hoc assignment by Manager

REQUIREMENT

• Min. Diploma in Accountancy
• Min. 5 years hands-on experiences in accounting & keeping full set of accounts.
• Experience in both Share Service and Freight Forwarding & Logistics company is preferred.
• IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Word) & SAP accounting system
