Job Description
- Responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting, including P&L, Financial Statement and Cashflow statement
- Responsible for proper internal controls and inventory valuation, in accordance with corporate directives, as well as accounting standards
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial closing of the company & and the group, including AR/AP/Inventory/Bank/Fixed Asset/Foreign Exchange, audit schedules, intraco and interco confirmation and elimination
- Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports for the group
- Cashflow management and control, including capital expenditure
- Oversee credit control and management of outstanding debts (DSO)
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s financial policies and adequate internal control/risk management in place
- Liaise with external auditors and manage annual audit process
- Prepare annual budget
- Prepare and submit income tax, quarterly GST and other statutory requirements
- Prepare XBRL report and ensure annual return was filed on time
- Involve in annual stock take
- Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or Business majoring in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of proven track records in financial accounting, auditing and consolidation
- Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage
