Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Handles full sets of accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger)

\xc2\xb7 Assist to update accounts receivable and issue invoices timely and accurately

\xc2\xb7 Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations

\xc2\xb7 Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurate

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for timely preparation of month end closing

\xc2\xb7 Assist with GST filing

\xc2\xb7 Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements for reporting

\xc2\xb7 Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by superior

Requirement

\xc2\xb7 Degree in Finance and/or Accountancy

\xc2\xb7 At least 2 years of relevant experience in handling full sets of accounts

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Accpac and Microsoft Applications is advantageous

\xc2\xb7 Possess initiative, independent and willingness to learn

\xc2\xb7 Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
