- Position : Accounts Executive (Accounts Receivable/ Credit Control/ Collection)
- Location : Boon Lay - Daily company bus pickup from Lakeside MRT, Tampines MRT, MacPherson MRT
- Working hours : 5 Days/ 8.30AM to 5PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual leave
- Duration : Perm
- Industry : Hardware trading - Listed company
- In charge of full set accounts including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, inventory, and bank reconciliations.
- Cash flow management.
- Preparation of monthly reporting pack and any other reports as requested from Superior/ Group.
- Preparation of quarterly GST filing and corporate tax compliance matters.
- Liaise with bankers, external auditors, corporate secretarial and tax agent, etc.
- Prepare yearly budget and forecast.
- Perform Year End stock take.
- Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned by Superior.
- Diploma holder or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in similar position
- Good interpersonal communications
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
