Job Description
Our client is a Transportation industry. They are looking for a Accounts Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in South. Responsibilities:
- Responsible in handling the finances of a portfolio of vessels, including arrangement of Cash to Master, payments to suppliers, payment of crew wages, etc.;
- Responsible in preparing monthly Vessel Owner\xe2\x80\x99s Management Accounts;
- Responsible in preparing monthly Technical Management OPEX Reports and Variance Analysis;
- Responsible in monitoring the Accounts Payable and Receivable of owned vessels and technical managed vessels;
- Responsible in working closely with external auditors during annual audit and preparation of draft audited accounts;
- Responsible in handling tax computation and preparing annual and revised budget;
- Responsible in assisting in preparing of weekly Cash Flow;
- Responsible in assisting in the preparation of monthly consolidated accounts;
- Responsible in preparing of Goods and Service Tax (GST) filling;
- Min Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or any relevant field
- Prior experience Singapore Accounting Standards and Tax Regulations is a bonus
